Every order placed is important to us. We want our customers to feel fully supported throughout their entire shopping experience with Magna Beds, and that includes Returns & Refunds.

When buying from Magna Beds, you are purchasing a piece of furniture personalised to you. Every product that leaves our doors is hand made-to-order and individual to your specifications. We adopt policies and procedures designed to maximise value for our customers. For these reasons, we don't accept returns of personalised made-to-order items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Any faults or damages need to be notified via email or telephone within 24 hours to Magna Beds.

We may ask for you to send us photos of any areas of damage or imperfection to offer you a suitable course of action.

In cases where a return is requested, we ask that your unwanted item is returned in the condition it was received.

Our made to order items consist of Bed Frames, Divan Bases, Ottoman Divans, Headboards and Mattresses. Please made sure you check the sizes and colours as when ordering these you are personalising the product and these will be classed as made to order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that mattresses cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if they have been removed from the original packaging.

Refunds / Exchange

Orders not yet delivered will be refunded within 7 days of notification. We will refund your purchase price, excluding our administration fee of £59.00 per item.

Orders that have been delivered and returned will be refunded within 7 working days after we receive your return into stock. We will refund your purchase price, excluding our administration fee of £59.00 per item and a restocking charge which is variable depending on the condition of product when received.

'MADE TO ORDER' products are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless they are faulty).

For security reasons, you will be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order.

Failed deliveries

If you are not available in person to accept on the delivery day and 4-hour slot our courier company have agreed with you, we reserve the right to charge a fee of £39 for re-delivery. All re-deliveries will respect our rolling delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area.
