Find below all the details of our delivery service, including information on our Free Delivery to Mainland UK, as well as details on when to expect your item, access to your delivery location, delivery to remote areas and any surcharges that may apply.

Here at Magna Beds we offer a free delivery service with every order at no extra charge (UK mainland only*).

*To maintain our stringent service levels a small delivery surcharge may apply to remote areas.

Our delivery days

Deliveries take place 7 days a week, we are always working hard to ensure you receive your dream bed within the time frame provided. In all cases, our trusted courier will arrange and inform you of the delivery date and time.

Delivery timelines

The delivery lead times are not guaranteed but can be used as reasonable expectation on when you should receive your order. We will do our utmost to meet our quoted timescales. Please note that delivery estimates differ according to product range and delivery location.


Orders are scheduled and sent out for delivery directly after completion with an estimated delivery lead-time of 10 - 14 working days depending on headboard type and style. 

Bed Frames, Winged Headboards & Divan Bases

Our handmade beds can take between 10 - 14 working days, depending on the selected model and delivery postcode.

Delivery to remote areas*

We offer delivery to most standard mainland UK areas with an estimated lead-time quoted above. Delivery to remote areas of the United Kingdom will incur an additional delivery charge, with an extended delivery delay of up to 1 to 2 weeks. Any variance on our estimated delivery turnaround can be discussed at the time of ordering.

Considering access

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home.

It is essential that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed and consider the route you will take to get it there. 

Our free delivery is only to your front door and we do not offer a room of choice delivery.  Any issues regarding delivery should be reported within 24 hours of receiving your product.

If you have any tight corners, narrow staircases and doorways or any other access related concerns to reach your front door, please contact our Customer Services Team on 01924 682283.

Receiving your order

Once we receive your order, someone from our team will contact you to confirm your order and advise you on an approximate lead time for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with courier and tracking information.

Our trusted courier will then arrange a delivery date and contact you via SMS or email to confirm. 

Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the furniture.

The following postcodes will be subject to a £25 delivery charge due to the nature of their location:

Excellent, wonderful, awsome, service. i picked some samples first, then ordered it online. it came in about 10 days, from a u.k. company. The delivery person was wonderful, so helpful. They were 2 single stand alone headboards, i loved them, i ordered the Lipped chesterfield upholstered ones, fabric, naples soft velvet, with buttons to match. i keep looking at them in the bedroom and thinking how wonderful they are, with the jewel buttons down each side. the company is easy to phone and speak to someone who told me when i would receive them, tracking was great. i would recommend this company and buy again.

We are very pleased with our headboard. We looked at similar ones in bed stores which were at least 3 times the price so we were a bit dubious. But this was unfounded as the quality and finish is excellent. It is solidly made and very heavy. It was made to order. The communication was excellent from order to delivery. It arrived on time and very well wrapped/protected. We would happily buy from Magna Beds again and would recommend.
